Studio with Full Bath
Our studios offer generous sized rooms with a private bath. These can be furnished or unfurnished. Many have excellent views of the gardens. Each room is equipped with an emergency call bell, individual climate control, cable television hook ups, large closets and grab bars in showers and near toilets for safely. Access to all of Marian Residence's services are just steps away. All utilities and cable television are included in the monthly rental fee.

Two Room Suite with Private Bath
